Easy to sign up. Easy to forget. Expensive to notice.

🫠

"I forgot to cancel the free trial"

You took a 30-day trial for one show. Three months later it's still on your bank statement.

📆

"It auto-renewed without me knowing"

An annual membership renewed overnight — and you only noticed once the money had gone.

🧾

"My insurance went up at renewal"

The renewal date slipped past, so it rolled over at a higher price — with no time to shop around.

How RenewalGuard helps

Built around the moments that cost you money.

Add a subscription in seconds — pick from 80+ popular UK services or type any name — and let RenewalGuard do the remembering.

Forgot to cancel the trial?

Add the trial end date and get a reminder before it turns into a paid plan.

Reminders that never arrive?

Get alerts on your phone and by email — so if one slips through, the other doesn't. Test them any time.

Annual renewals catch you out?

See yearly plans and insurance coming in time to cancel, switch or shop around.

No idea what it all costs?

Weekly, monthly and yearly totals show what your subscriptions really add up to.

Can't find the cancel button?

Save each service's cancellation link and open it in one tap when you're ready to leave.

Don't want to link your bank?

You add what you pay — no bank login, no Open Banking re-connects every 90 days.

Private by design

No bank login. Your data stays yours.

Bank-linked apps can miss annual plans, app-store charges and shared accounts — and they need access to your finances. RenewalGuard is manual on purpose: you stay in control of exactly what's tracked.

  • Never connects to your bankNo card details, no open banking, no account access.
  • Only your account sees your listYour data is never sold or shared for marketing.
  • Delete everything, any timeOne tap in Account settings removes your data permanently.
Why not just…

Better than your memory. Safer than a bank app.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to connect my bank?

No — never. You add your subscriptions yourself, so RenewalGuard has no access to your bank, cards or transactions. No Open Banking, no reconnecting every 90 days.

What if I miss a notification?

Reminders come by phone notification and email, so you have two chances to catch them. You can send yourself a test alert any time, and snooze a reminder or mark a bill paid once it's dealt with.

Isn't it daft to pay a subscription to track subscriptions?

We agree — that's why RenewalGuard is free for up to 5 subscriptions, with reminders included. A Paid plan for unlimited subscriptions and custom reminder timing is coming soon, and it's entirely optional.

What happens if I change phone?

Your list is saved to your RenewalGuard account, not just your phone. Log in on a new phone or in your web browser and everything is there.

Does it work with UK services?

Yes — it's built in the UK, in £, with 80+ popular UK services ready to pick: streaming, broadband, mobile, energy, gyms, council tax, TV licence and more. Anything else, just type the name.

Can RenewalGuard cancel subscriptions for me?

No — you stay in control. Save each service's cancellation link and open it in one tap when you're ready.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Go to Account settings → Delete account and everything is removed permanently and immediately.

Never get caught out by a free trial again.
